Stephen Connelly has been in real estate since 2002 and works with both buyers and sellers. Stephen Connelly originally became a leader in market valuation and Realtor ® marketing strategies in Urban Denver. The nuances between different construction styles (tudor, bungalow and Denver square) and different neighborhoods made this a great foundation for success. Specializing in Denver Real Estate also requires knowledge of zoning laws, set backs and revitalization trends.
Although he still works in Denver, he now lives in the suburbs of Douglas County. Some of the same principles still apply, where proper pricing is still the foundation to selling a home. Outside of being a Realtor ®, he still owns a residential valuation consulting firm. The firms compliment each other since sales pricing is critical in selling and price offering is critical so that a buyer is not over encumbered.
